Easy Steps to Organize Your Hair Donation Event:

Ask your school, club, or church if they can spare five minutes during their next event.

Check out our sample agenda for how an event might go. Incorporate as much or as little as you like!

Ensure you have measuring tape, hair elastics, hair cutting scissors, and resealable plastic bags.

☐

Ask your donors to prep by following the donation instructions. Events go more smoothly if donors tie hair above and below the cutting point, making it easy to just cut between the two hair elastics.

Optional: Get a local stylist to provide your donors with hair makeovers!

Take a group photo of all donors holding onto their donated hair. Send the picture to us via email or Facebook.
